mit kfz-werkstätten ist es wie mit versicherungen. man ist froh, wenn man sie nicht braucht ... aber wenn man eine werkstatt benötigt, dann hat man großes glück, wenn es volvo taferner ist. ich bin seit über 4 jahren überglücklicher kunde und sehr froh, dieses tolle, engagierte und kompetente team an meiner seite zu wissen. egal wann ich ein problem hatte, alle haben sich bemüht, mir im moment zu helfen. ein "geht nicht" habe ich noch nie gehört. herzlichen dank für eure herausragende leistung!

During a long trip from Northern to Southern Europe, our Volvo broke down in Vienna. A tow truck brought us to this service late at night. We were quickly told no fault was found and given the car back. The next day, right as we entered the highway, the exact same error reappeared. We drove back with hazard lights on and physically showed the error. Reluctantly, they re-inspected the car and claimed a severe All-Wheel Drive (AWD) failure—a long, extremely expensive repair with 3-4 weeks waiting time for parts. We were told nothing could be done to help us as we were foreign tourists. In near despair, we decided to slowly drive 80 km to another official Volvo dealer—T.O.P. AUTO Bratislava. The difference was night and day. They admitted us immediately, correctly diagnosed the real issue, replaced the part, and fixed the car in just one day. The most ironic part? The replacement part Bratislava used was actually ordered from Vienna! Would it really have been so difficult to properly diagnose the issue or consult your partners while we were right there? This service is far below the standards of the Volvo brand, which is built on SAFETY. Sending a customer away in a broken car with a 2,000 km journey ahead simply out of reluctance to perform a proper diagnosis is unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were not even provided with any official inspection report. I do not recommend this service center and strongly ask management and Volvo Cars to address the professionalism and attitude of this staff.
