Top Service! Herr Paar war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We got scammed! Travelled from Lutzmannsburg to Oberpullendorf (~15 minutes) and got asked for 60 euros! I called to book the day before and I understood 16- I repeated the number to confirm it is 16, given everywhere on Google it says that price for this distance should be 16-20 euros, as well as my local friends having told us the same. I couldn't believe my ears when we exited the taxi and got asked for this ludicrous amount of money. We ended up paying 40, in cash. It very much felt like this company is out to scam tourists. Do not use them.

We called yesterday to order a taxi from our hotel in Lutzmanssburg for Monday morning to the bus stop in Oberpullendorf. On the phone we got quoted €16 for this trip, and therefore decided to go with your service rather than take the bus. Our driver came on time at 09:30am at hotel Thermenhof, and dropped us off at 09:40 in Oberpullendorf. He then told us the trip was €60 and to be paid in cash. We were not informed of this price, and would have not used your service if we knew - as this was out of our budget. He made us very uncomfortable without explaining why the price had changed, and in the end when we gave him €60 he only took €40 and left very angry. The entire incident was very uncomfortable for us all and we’ll not be returning, nor recommend your company to friends.
