IL MOTO

I will never forget being extorted and scammed by this workshop. I was stranded with my KTM in Wien and left my beloved bike with IL MOTO to take a look. I come back to an expensive bill stating I filled my tank with diesel as they could ‘smell it’ and decided to drain my tank and ‘replace’ my gas filter. Presenting the bill from the gas station proving I pumped gasoline did little to convince staff they made a mistake and my bike would not be returned before paying for the unnecessary ‘work’. After all, the bike was working now! I drove off disgruntled and was stranded again after 2km. IL MOTO was not taking responsibility and denied help with towing my bike or a offering a temporary replacement and simply denied my calls for the day. I spent another €210 on a towing service to get my bike to safety. In reality, my fuel pump was short-circuiting and needed a replacement, which I did myself. Upon doing so I also discovered the filter replacement I paid for never happened (see picture). I highly recommend everyone to stay clear of this predatory business.

Ein freundliches ,kompetentes Motorrad Fachgeschäft ! Und besonders Marko, ein Traum von einem Motorrad Verkäufer!!!! Er geht in seiner Arbeit auf, ist äußerst engagiert und sehr geduldig. Wenn ihr Qualität sucht, dann kommt zu IL MOTO in die Pragerstraße!!!!!!
