I called for an oil change service appointment. Tried to communicate in german the best I can (A1 level), unfortunately it was not good enough and they hung up on me. Obviously rude.

I was traveling around Austria in my car, stopped, and at some point my car broke down. I found this service center. I knew what the breakdown was, and it was quite extensive and would take a long time to repair, and I needed to go home to the Netherlands urgently. I was able to service the car myself at this service center since I'm also a mechanic. The guys lent me tools and a work space. The team was very responsive and pleasant. They take their work seriously. I also liked the service center itself: it was clean, tidy, and all the tools were put away and in their places. I haven't seen such a service center at an affordable price in a long time. I recommend them.
