Autohaus Kramser

My car started making a noise while driving on Grossglockner, so we stopped at this auto shop right after coming down the mountain. The owner was very friendly and checked the car immediately—turned out it was just a loose metal shield. The price was extremely reasonable too. This wasn't my first good experience here. Back in October 2021, I was staying in Heiligenblut and wanted to drive up Grossglockner, but it snowed overnight and I was on summer tires. The hotel receptionist mentioned I could drive up with snow chains, so I bought a set from this shop. Unfortunately, the staff at the toll booth didn't allow me to pass. I went back to the shop to see if I could return the unused chains, and the owner kindly accepted the return without any hassle. It's a truly honest business, and it's great to have such a reliable service right next to a famous pass. He's a lifesaver for travelers, and I always look back fondly on how well I was treated here

Helped me quickly and affordably on the day I called. Even threw in a free lesson on mountain driving. Thank you!

Ich bin mit dem Motorrad liegen geblieben. Herr Kramser hat mich sehr schnell abschleppt und mich zur nächsten Motorrad Werkstatt geschleppt. Prima, Danke nochmal 👌👍
